We get it - accidents happen.
Our vessels are crafted from high-fire stoneware, designed to endure life in the modern kitchen and withstand the test of time.
To ensure the longevity of your vessel we recommend that you completely disassemble your Kyn & Folk system and wash all parts every few months.
Please be mindful to only use a clean cloth with no soaps or detergents when caring for your ceramics
AUSTRALIA:
Shipping is complimentary on all Australian orders $200 and over. All orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
If an item is listed as in stock it will ship within 1-2 working days after purchase.
Parcel tracking is sent once an order has been dispatched.
Any orders containing pre-order products will be dispatched once pre-order styles become available. Order fulfilment will commence from the date specified upon the relevant pre-order product page.
NEW ZEALAND:
$80 shipping fee on all ceramic water filters, $20 shipping fee on all other filters + objects.
