SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All orders will be dispatched 1-2 working days after purchase. Parcel tracking is sent once order has been dispatched.
Free standard shipping is available on Australian metro orders over $100. Please note, free shipping is not applicable for remote orders in WA, Tasmania and NT. A standard shipping rate of $10 applies for all orders under $100.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location in Australia. Please allow up to 5 business days for metro areas and 20 days for regional and WA orders.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Each Kyn & Folk order is packaged in environmentally friendly materials and is shipped 100% carbon neutral.
DAMAGES IN DELIVERY
We mindfully check over each order before we ship it off to you. If your item is damaged during delivery please contact us directly at info@kynandfolk.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your purchase. If a product is damaged during delivery we are happy to honour a replacement, however a photograph of damage/defect is required. Regular shipping rates apply for replacements.
